He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lowe and Mary Lowe; and his siblings, Mary Hoover, Ruth Piper, Sue Treen, Ross and Bill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Irene Leahy (Joe) and Janet Hartshorne (Norm); his grandchildren, Megan Leahy (Chris), Lauren Isherwood (Kyle) and Eric Hartshorne (Rebecka); and his great grandchildren, Otto, Parker and Ellie.
Memorial donations may be made to either Therapeutic Paws of Canada (tpoc.ca), in memory of his love and care for Maggie-May, or the Krembil Brain Institute (uhnfoundation.ca/programs/brain/), in honour of Dr. Tang-Wai's special care.
