She was predeceased by: her sister Lois; and her brothers-in-law, Douglas, Arthur, Gary Hillman and Rene Sabourin.
She is survived by: her husband Edgar "Ed" Helm; her children, Paul and Karen Helm Dear (Rich Vainio); her sisters, Catherine Hillman and Janet Sabourin; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Ellison, Marion, Betty Helm and Bill Riddell.
Donations in memory of Joyce to the Diabetes Association, Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
