He was predeceased by: his parents, Janez and Teresa; and his siblings, Ivan, Franci, Dani and Marica.

He is survived by: his wife Annie; his sons, David and Johnny; his daughters-in-law, Sandra and Mary; his stepgrandson Brandon; his grandchild Elodie; and his siblings, Vinko, Slavko, Ivanka and Zinka.

In light of the pandemic, a private family service and interment will be held.
