She is survived by : her husband George Thomas Mellish 3rd; her children, Erika Mellish and George Thomas Mellish; her parents, Bob Latchford (Mary) and Dianne Latchford; her siblings, Kevin Latchford (Tracey), Rob Latchford (Arlene) and Kelly Goss; her mother-in-law Grace Fabik; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Gunthard (Troy) and Barb Denyer (Dan).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
