She was predeceased by: her parent Lucimara. She is survived by: her husband Ricardo; her children, Gisele, Livia, Elena and Alice; her siblings, Thais (Marcelo) and Mario; her sister-in-law Ana Carolina (Rogerio); her parent Osvaldo; her parents-in-law, Wilson and Fatima; and her siblings' children, Davi and Daniel. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.

In memory of Kassia, donations may be made to the Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre in Oshawa.
