He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Karen; his child Carly; his parents, Bill Holdsworth and Ruth Holdsworth; and his siblings, Cathy Anderson (Brian), Glen Macmillan (Lisa) and Valerie Macmillan (Scott).
