He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Emma, Sarah and Owen; his father Charles Higney Sr. (Linda); and his siblings, Christopher (Holly), Joanne (Sam), Shannon (Tony) and Charles (Brooklyn). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
