He is survived by: his parents, Ed Hohmann and Lori-Ann Amodeo; his siblings, Daniella (Mitchell Wootton) and Gered (Madi McKnight); his aunts and uncles, Bill Hohmann, Tony Amodeo Jr. (Angie Swain), Mark Amodeo (Melanie), Renée Amodeo, Michelle Amodeo and Debbie Amodeo (Roland Shillington); and his cousins, Jamie (Meg), Jenny, Jordan, Lyndsay (Ryan), Nicole (Shannon), Tyler, Vienna (Cory), Anthony (April), Braelyn (Johnny), Ally, Kyle (Shannon), Alannah (Phil), Marshall, Selby, Ava, Tessa, Emma, Nolan, Peyton and Teigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Landon may be made to The Refuge Youth Outreach Centre or perform an act of kindness for someone in need.
