He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Jean (Brent Cooke), Jim and Lynn (Bill Welde); his grandchildren, Crystal, Corey, Sharon, Andrea, Katelyn and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Abby and Kali; and his cousins, Donna Barwell and Betty Russell.
