He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Austin Evans; his parents, Barbara Small and Lester Small; his siblings, Terry Small and Erica Small; his nieces and nephews, Gabby and Zak; and his parents-in-law, Ruth Perry and David Perry.
Mark's wish would be that rather than sending flowers, or making a monetary donation to a charity that family and friends would "Give the Gift of Life".
