He is survived by: his siblings, Denise (Paul), Richard (Dianne), Ted (Wanda), John (Jackie), Lynda (Brian), Alan (Bobbi), Ron and Mike (Carolyn); and his children, Candy (Jim), Cam (Bonnie), Kerry, Dean (Kim), Don (Kendi) and Sean (Joan).
Memorial donations to the Humane Society of Durham, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation or Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
