As Margaret departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Margaret leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Greta Haines and George Haines; and her brother Joseph Haines. She is survived by: her friend Lynda Brklacich; and her nephew Alan Haines. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home (8088 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L4J1W3). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Thornton Cemetery (1200 Thornton Rd N, Oshawa, ON L1J0C9).
