We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2025, Mario Joseph Paul Lewis Henry Formosa (Oshawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his children, Stephanie Koelmans (Jason) and Kevin Formosa (Keri); his grandsons, Henry Koelmans and Connor Formosa; his siblings, Joe Formosa (Margarida), Maude Topping (Warren) and Anthony Formosa; and his parents, Joe and Teresa.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home (152 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A prayer was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 7:15 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (1314 Oxford St, Oshawa, ON L1J3W6).
