He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Smith; and his parents, Nancy Roy and Vincent Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann; his children, Adam (Hope), Andrew (Arina) and Laura (Allen); his sister Yvonne Parnell; his brother-in-law John Nother (Treena); and his sibling's children, Shereen, Jess, Liam, James, Michael, Thomas and Jared. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions attendance is limited.
