She was predeceased by: her son Derek Dunham; her grandson Jamie; and her siblings, Jean, Cecelia and Bill.
She is survived by: her husband George; her daughters, Joanne Archer (Rick), Teresa Sweetman (Ron) and Angela Chaisson (Dan); her grandchildren, Chris (Natalie), Amee (Kevin), Darryl (Colleen), Lindsay (Josh), Chantal (Dan), Stephen (Sue), Jake, Jenna (Chris), Brianna (Nelson), Catie (Anthony) and Mikel (Jess); and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Jaxon, Paytyn, Paige, Lauryn, Maya, Rylan, Charlotte, Scarlett, Wynrie, Beau and Anna.
Donations in memory of Helena can be made to a charity of choice.
