She was predeceased by: her father Robert Weldon; and her grandfathers, Barry Weldon and Earle Stockford. She is survived by: her mother Angela Stockford (Stockford); her stepfather Matthew Sullivan; her sister Megan Weldon (Andrew Tsourounis); her stepparents, Becca and Greg Welch; her stepbrothers, Jake Holmes (Sam Cooper) and Ryan Holmes (Megan Poole); and her grandmothers, Vivian Weldon and Elizabeth Dolak. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Renascent Foundation, Toronto, or Liver Canada (the Canadian Liver Foundation).
