He is survived by: his sister Charlotte; his grandchildren, Jane (Dave), Mary (Don), Charles, Mike (Linda) and Patti (Peter); his great grandchildren, Sarah, Lauren, Lindsey, Mack, Patrick, Jamie, Brent and Jessica; and his sibling's children, Jayla, Brea, Aria, Gabriel, Milo, Alex and Nora.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike's memory to either the Alzheimer's Society of Durham Region or SickKids Foundation would be appreciated.
