He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrianus and Johanna; his wife Catharina Vanden Berg; and his son Eddie. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Cheryl; his grandchildren, Kristy (Tyler) and Derek (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Eddie, Henry, Jack and Chloe. He is also survived by the close friends.
