He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and Cedric. He is survived by: his spouse Lorinda (Lori); his sons, Mark (Mikayla) and Michael (Madeline); his brother Justin (Samantha); his nieces and nephews, Cameron and Hayden; his cousin Martin Salter (Alison); his son Christopher of England; and his pets, Logan and Sophie.
