She was predeceased by: her spouse Hrycko George Lysyk. She is survived by: her children, Dr. George (Orysia), Paul (Ola), Dr. Antony (Natalie) and Ihor (Tania); and her grandchildren, Andrew of Slavko, Ala, Peter, Maxsym, Simon, Zachary, Markian, Luka and Maya.
