He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Elize; his children, John (Stacey), Jamie (Vicki), Jeff (Doris), Dan (Lianne) and Catherine (Beth); his grandchildren, Krista (Matthew), Kyle (Megan), Samantha, Morgan, Jessica, Emily, Matt, Devon, Zachary, Cassidy, Noah and Peyton; his godchild Elize; his brother Bruno; and his sibling-in-law Chris (Adri).

In lieu of floral tributes memorial donations made to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre would be so appreciated by Otto's family.
