Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa with family by her side on Sunday July 4th, 2021 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Lewis for 52 years. Loving mom of Spencer and his wife Sharon Natalie (Jamie). Loving Granny of Koreen (Shane), Robert and Jamie-Lynn. Pat will be missed by extended family and friends especially those from Christ Memorial Church. A Celebration of her life will take place at a later date. Cremation arrangements entrusted to McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558). Donations in memory of Pat can be made to Christ Memorial Church.
