He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his siblings, Deborah (Steve Shadlock), Diana (Stephen Clayson), Lee (Michelle) and Chanel (Stephen Slater); and his siblings' children, Derek, Lee-Andrea, Steven, Nicolette, Stephanie, Brandon, Dylan, Angelina, Amber Lee, Kyle and Kirsten.
