He is survived by: his children, Steve Welsh and Lisa Welsh; his grandchildren, Veda, Ben and Maddi; his siblings, Jerry Welsh (Paula) and Jane Durno (David Fors); his nieces and nephews, Jocelyn, Scott, Rhonda and Heather; and his friend Deanna Welsh. He is also survived by family and many friends.
