He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Gillett (Britton) and Richard Ernest Gillett; his wife Norma Gillett (Planche); his stepdaughter Cindy Molloy (Alfred) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Ryan, Christopher, Kelly and Brent; his stepson Scott Planche (Patricia); his children, Keith, Brian (Suzanne), Terry, Hal (Karen), Paul (Jan) and Jean Umphrey; his grandsons, David, Patrick, Alexander, Derek, Matthew and Justin; his great grandchild Lydia; his brother Lawrence Gillett (Peggy) of West Chazy; and his nephews, John (Kathy) and Michael (Becca). He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
Arrangements for a memorial service will be made once the pandemic has subsided sufficiently to allow one to be held safely.
