He was predeceased by: his parents, Maksimiljan and Marica. He is survived by: his child Taylor Barnett; his brother Pete Kavsak (Heather); and his sibling's children, Maksimiljan and George.

Due to COVID19 restrictions, space is limited and registration is required to attend.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Phototherapy Education and Research Centre at Women's College Hospital.
