He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Finlayson and Grace Finlayson; and his siblings, Bruce Finlayson and Heather Dobbs. He is survived by: his children, Kristen LeGrow (Steve), Arlynne Fantauzzi (Daniel) and Lauren Cansdale (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Amanda, Jenna, Luke, Noah, Michael, Samuel, Benjamin and Joshua; his sibling Brian Finlayson; and his siblings-in-law, Karen, Carol and Phil.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society are greatly appreciated.
