She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael and Mary; her father-in-law Jan; her brother-in-law David; and her siblings, Cathy, John and Michael.

She is survived by: her husband Simon; her sister Monica; her mother-in-law Sylvia; her sisters-in-law, Jill and Mary-Ann; her nieces and nephews, Melinda, Joe (Kate), Mike (Casey), Jaret (Angie), Spencer (Josie), Mackenzie and Jennifer (Ryan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mykayla (Dean), Bryant, Kyle, Brock, Zack, Mia, Hunter and Willa; Parker.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ICU units at Lakeridge Oshawa Hospital and Peterborough Hospital.
