He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Sheppard and Helen Sheppard (Burns); his wife Dorothy Ann Riordan; his siblings, Eileen White, Mary, Joan, Anna-Claire and Paul; his children, Therese, Kathleen (Jim), Michael, Mary (John), Paul (Christine) and Colleen; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Laura, Michael, Emma, Sarah, Victoria, Jessica, Cassandra, Matthew, Kayla and Andrea; and his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Lachlan, Amelia, Leela, Sophia and Redmond. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Due to covid-19 the number of people are limited for each visitation on Tuesday as well as the mass on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Hospital for SickKids.
