He was predeceased by: his wife Rae-Elaine; and his parents, George and Ellen. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer (Ryder) and Ellen (Mark); his stepchildren, Stacey and Jason; his granddaughters, Sadie, Lucille and Delilah; his sisters, Vicky, Donna and Pauline; and his stepgrandsons, Alex and Nicholas.
