He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Manuel and Maryanne Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Barb; and his siblings, Charl, Gord, Cyril, Aubrey, Betty, Mary, Howard, Olaf, Edna Gibbons and Maude Garland. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews family and friends.
