She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Adam and Lena Adam; her parents-in-law, Lester and Ruth Mohns; and her nephew Andrew Adam.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Mohns; her children, Heather Eddy (Jason), Adam Mohns (Amanda) and Amy Sauvary (Paul); her grandchildren, Devin, Logan, Kianna, Cassia, Caleb, Kalyssa, Cadence, Madalayne, Lilah and Henry; and her siblings, Lynda Adam (Gerry Hawke) and George Adam (Betty-Lou).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the College Park Seventh-Day Adventist Church (1164 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H9H9). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
The service will take place at 3 p.m. In memory of Sandra, donations may be made to College Park Church Community Services via adventistgiving.org.
