He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois and Jim; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his children, Dan (Carlie), Lindsay (Ryan) and Mike; his grandchild Mila; his girlfriend Tammy; his girlfriend's daughter Laura; his siblings, Dave (Stephanie) and Sharon (late Hermon); and his pet Millie.
