It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Elaine Tarr (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on March 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian and Cecil Upshall; and her stepsister Elsie Bursey. She is survived by: her husband John Tarr; her son Christopher; her grandsons, Lucas and William; and her sisters-in-law, Diane (Don Mills), Karen Tarr (Greg McConnell) and Sharon Tarr.
