He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his daughters, Norma and Susan; his grandchildren, Morgan and Sydney; his pet Silver; and his friends, Jim, Helen, Chris, Melanie, Jennifer, Thomas, Stephen and Amanda.
