He was predeceased by: his parents, Vic Powell and Jeanne Powell (Emerson); and his brother Kenny Powell. He is survived by: his child Jenn Marshall (William); his grandchild Katelynne Powell; and his brother Bob Powell (Jeff). He is also survived by his extended family, many friends.

Due to COVID 19 there will be a celebration of life for Ted at a later time.
