She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband René Chakraborty; her sons, Justin and Elliot; her parents, Richard Rak and Debbie Rak; her mother-in-law Christa Chakraborty; her niece Hannah Boyes; and her great-niece Mila Moonen.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stefano Funeral Home (1289 Keith Ross Dr, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4).
