Verna Hyacinth Brown Obituary

It is with profound sadness that our sweet loving Verna Brown passed away suddenly on Thursday August 1, 2024 at the age of 72 years. She was unexpectedly called to be with our Lord.

Verna will be lovingly remembered by her children Ian (Kelly), Clint (Tamara) and Nicole. Her grandchildren Brandonn, Shantelle, Brianna, Tyler, and Tarryll; great-grandchildren Kylaa, Kamorah, Karrson, Kamillah, Levi, and Joziah. Her sisters Patsy, Sharon, predeceased brother Selwyn and numerous other family members and friends.

Verna had a passion for cooking and showed her love to her family and friends through her food. She loved to garden and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Viva Church 71 Simcoe St S Oshawa at 2pm on Thursday August 8th, 2024.
