She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thom and Annabel Fisher; and her siblings, Lawrence, Cliff, Jim, Jack, Hazel, Lena and Myrle.
She is survived by: her husband James Thaxter; and her children, Warren and Marilyn. She is also survived by her siblings, in-laws, a dozen nieces and nephews as well as all her friends.
