He was predeceased by: his parent Preston Vern MacNeill; and his siblings, Shelly Sadkowy and Mike Sadkowy. He is survived by: his parent Audrey MacNeill; his siblings, Cindy Sadkowy (Dwayne McClurg) and Jean Sadkowy (Mike Waugh); his nieces and nephews, Dallas, Abby, Christopher, Jason and Richard; his significant other Olivia Tomino; his friend Dorothy Davis; and also Yaya Tomino.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be gratefully appreciated by Wade's family.
