He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Grabko and Nick Grabko; and his sister Jane. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his child Kristyn (Rob); his granddaughter Lauren; his brother Vic (Elaine); and his brother-in-law Rick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Walter's memory to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre, and would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
