He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan; his parent Elaine'Loulou' (James); his grandchildren, Bret (Kelley), Melaney, Kris, Kerri and Holly; his great grandchildren, Nyomi, Halle, Ethan, Riylee and Amaara; his stepson Todd (Marla); and his sister Shirley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6).
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Lakeridge Health Foundation, as Bill was a dedicated volunteer there for over 30 years.
