He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Matos and Joaquina Da Cruz. He is survived by: his wife Maria Matos; his children, Fernando (Anna), Carlos (Viviane) and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Luca, Davi, Sienna and Cristiano; and his brother Antonio (Elvira). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In memory of Agostinho, donations to the Ottawa hospital, Montfort hospital or Assumption Church would be greatly appreciated.
