He was predeceased by: his wife Ursula; and his parents, Walter and May. He is survived by: his children, Claire (Jim), Jill (Ed) and Dawn (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob (Hilary) and Darby (Holden); and his close friend Ursula.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shields Funeral Homes & Chapel (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
