He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his sons, Marc (Heidi) and Dean (Sandra); his grandsons, Tyler (Emi), Corey (Dana) and Greg (Jess); his great grandchildren, Anna, Taichi, Diego, Luna, Mitchell, Skyla and Jack; his sister Anna Shaw; and also Elizabeth.
