He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Harika and Reda Matta; and his sibling Abdo Harika. He is survived by: his spouse Amal Georges Haddad; his children, Marie-George (Ghassan Salibi) and Roland Harika; his grandchildren, Nicole and Kaline Salibi; his brother-in-law Tony Georges Haddad; and his nieces and nephews, Jacynthe and Sabrina.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Maronite Catholic Church (245 Donald St, Ottawa, ON K1K1N1).
