He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Vallee and Achille Vallee; his siblings, Gerald Vallee (Claudette), Claude Vallee (Jackie) and Rejeanne Greene (Douglas); and his niece Suzanne Vidal.

He is survived by: his wife Leverne Zwicker; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Bourdages (Norm), Michel Vallee (Laura), Jeff Greene (Danielle Lightford), Michael Greene (Lisa Varin), Richard Vallee Lynne Vallee (Melba), Louise Lefebvre (Denis) and Serge Vallee (Jackie). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and a number of dear friends.
