He was predeceased by: his parents, Giustino Peca and Concetta Peca; and his siblings, Giulia Perna (Michael), Nicoletta Valerii (Alfredo), Fiorina Abbonizio (Vincenzo) and Camillo Peca.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Peca; his children, Nadia Peca, Mirella Berthiaume (Marc) and Claudio Peca (Natalie); his grandsons, Austin and Antonio; and his siblings, Vincenzo Peca (Angelina), Livia Donofrio (Aurelio), Pina Gervais (Marcel), Guido Peca (Rita) and Benito Peca (Anna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K4M1B2). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (427 Booth St, Ottawa, ON K1R7K8). An entombment was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K4M1B2).
