He was predeceased by: his brother Bjarke. He is survived by: his parents, Knud Erik and Aase Olsen; his sisters, Connie (Shawn), Berith, Solveig (Alistair) and Jane (Dave); his niece Danja; his nephews, Bjorn, Bryce and Ferris; his close friend Dave; and his brother-in-law Shawn.
