He is survived by: his father John Forsythe; his siblings, Makenzie Forsythe, Cameron Forsythe, Noah Thurlow and Kianna Thurlow; his grandparents, Deborah, Greg, Joan, Carol and Patti; his uncle Chris; his son Silas; and his pet Bubba. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at 4768 Bank St, Ottawa, ON K1T0K8.
